We provide a premium healthy meal delivery experience designed for individuals seeking nutritional balance.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account.
2. Service Delivery & Subscriptions
Makanan Lokal specializes in a diet menu with delivery, specifically curated by nutritionists. Our primary service area includes Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Selatan, and parts of Jakarta Barat. Orders for calorie-controlled set meals must be placed before 18:00 WIB for next-day delivery activation.
- Subscription Cycles: Weekly and monthly plans are billed in advance.
- Delivery Windows: Morning (06:00-09:00) and Evening (17:00-20:00).
- Cancellations: Must be submitted 48 hours before the start of a new delivery cycle.
3. Health & Nutritional Responsibility
While we offer a balanced daily menu, our staff are not medical doctors. The information provided on our website or through our consulting services is for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new nutritional program.
Critical Note on Allergens: Our facility processes nuts, soy, dairy, and gluten. While we maintain strict hygiene protocols, Makanan Lokal cannot ensure a 100% allergen-free environment. You must disclose all dietary restrictions at the time of your first request.
4. Financial Terms & Refunds
All prices listed on makananlokal.id are inclusive of standard local taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our central kitchen in Jakarta Pusat. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only issued in the event of missing deliveries or confirmed quality issues reported within 2 hours of receipt.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Makanan Lokal. This includes all proprietary recipes, meal structure methodologies, and brand assets. Unauthorized reproduction of our proprietary menus or nutritional data is strictly prohibited.
